Ty Thomas

Senior Recruiter

Ty Thomas joined Prodigy Search in October 2022 as Senior Recruiter following prior recruiting roles with Target Corporation, Ecolab, and US Bank. He excels at Talent Acquisition strategy, recruiting processes, and ATS integrations, while effectively streamlining recruiting processes, increasing talent pools (sourcing), and metrics to gauge productivity. Thomas joins Prodigy Search’s expanding recruiting team and will be focused on executing senior level searches for Prodigy’s deep client roster.

Thomas has an extensive recruiting resume, specializing in diversity, and executive recruiting for big banks, and major retailers. In addition, Thomas founded and has built a team that presently operates My7on7 Passing League, the largest touch football league in the country, serving close to 5,000 participants per year, in multiple states, from Minnesota to Texas and growing.

Outside of work, Thomas is passionate about coaching youth football and being with family. Thomas is an early bird and can be found playing basketball at 5:30 in the morning at the local Lifetime Fitness to stay healthy.
