We have had a great deal of success in always pushing for a heterogeneous workforce both with internal hiring as well as externally with our executive recruitment placements. We make diversity a company policy on every search we conduct and humbly treasure placing nearly 100 diverse professionals within the past decade.
While many talk about diversity & inclusion, those are not hollow words at Prodigy Search. Since last year, over 50% of our placements have been diverse hires. Moreover, Prodigy has grown into the leader in nonprofit executive recruitment having completed numerous C-Level and Board searches.
In 2019, Prodigy Search launched our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Educational Initiative. We are proud to be a facilitator of change and share our educational resources with the help of our esteemed Board of Advisors.
