Megan Meisse

Senior Recruiter

As Senior Recruiter, Megan Meisse, who is in her eighth year at Prodigy Search, works across Prodigy Search's executive search division and plays an instrumental role in the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Meisse directs search projects for all professional sports leagues as well as projects throughout other sports and nonprofit organizations. Meisse has recruited senior-level positions for the New York Yankees, Legends, Endeavor, Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., Major League Baseball Players Association, several National Governing Bodies and many others across the sports landscape. Aside from her executive recruitment, Meisse leads, creates and executes all social, digital, and published content for the firm.

Meisse served for four years on the Business of Diversity in Sports and Entertainment (BDSE) Committee for the National Sports Forum. Meisse is an active member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and PRSA (Public Relations Society of America). She was also awarded one of fifteen entry spots into the CSM Mentoring Challenge Game Changers Class of 2019. She obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and also obtained a Mental Health & Wellness in the Workplace Certificate also from University of South Florida College of Behavioral and Community Sciences.

Meisse began her early sports career in communications with the New Jersey Devils of the NHL. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University in Communication in Public Relations/Journalism with a Minor in Sports Communication. Born and raised in New Jersey, Meisse continues to reside at the Jersey Shore with her dog, Tucker, an Australian Shepard/Poodle mix. She enjoys being on the water, attending sporting games and spends her weekend working on DIY projects or visiting her local shore-town breweries.
