As Senior Recruiter, Megan Meisse, who is entering her eighth year at Prodigy Search, works across Prodigy Search's executive search division and plays an instrumental role in the firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Meisse directs search projects for all professional sports leagues as well as projects throughout other sports and nonprofit organizations. Meisse has recruited senior-level positions for the New York Yankees, Endeavor, Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., several National Governing Bodies and many others across the sports landscape. Aside from her executive recruitment, Meisse leads, creates and executes digital and published content for the firm.
Meisse also serves on the Business of Diversity in Sports and Entertainment (BDSE) Committee for the National Sports Forum. Her volunteer efforts include serving as one of the NJ marketplace leaders for Sports Biz Camps (501c3); an active member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and PRSA (Public Relations Society of America). Meisse was also awarded one of fifteen entry spots into the CSM Mentoring Challenge Game Changers Class of 2019.
Meisse began her early sports career in communications with the New Jersey Devils of the NHL. Born and raised in New Jersey, Meisse continues to reside on the Jersey coast. She enjoys being on the water, attending sporting games and is a frequent visitor of local antique shops for DIY ideas and small shore-town breweries.
