Tammy West-Bennet

Senior Recruiting Consultant

Tammy West-Bennet is a consultant in talent strategy and development. She has been responsible for the development, management and execution of talent recruitment and retention strategies for top sports, marketing, and communications firms. In addition to her corporate experience, West-Bennet creates and facilitates programs for organizations and universities, specializing in personal and professional development.

West-Bennet joined as Senior Recruiting Consultant in 2022 and is involved in several aspects of Prodigy Search’s executive search division. Much of her corporate recruiting experience came from the nine years she spent with Major League Soccer, most recently as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. Her recruiting career also led to consulting for key corporate organizations to the likes of Ogilvy & Mather, Edelman, and A+E Networks.

Currently residing in New York City, West-Bennet is pursuing her Master’s Degree at Fordham University.
