Olivia Ammon

Recruiting Operations Associate

Olivia Ammon recently joined Prodigy Search as the Recruiting Operations Associate. She is excited to begin her career in sports and entertainment executive search and contribute to the firm's work serving clients throughout the industry.

Prior to joining Prodigy Search, Ammon gained experience with several professional sports organizations, including the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Flyers, and Atlanta Hawks. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sport Management before recently completing her Master's degree in Sport Business from Neumann University. Through these roles, she gained experience in fan engagement, premium service, ticket operations, and relationship management while working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. These experiences provided her with a strong understanding of the business of sports and further strengthened her passion for the industry.

A Pennsylvania native, Ammon enjoys attending live sporting events and concerts, exploring new coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her mini- goldendoodles, Teddy and Graham.
