Kevin Carmichael

Partner

As a Partner at Prodigy Search, Kevin Carmichael is involved with all aspects of the firm's executive search division, collaborating with premier clients across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NCAA. Beyond spearheading high-level searches, he drives business development initiatives, offering services such as executive search, talent mapping, andcompensation studies.

With over 13 years at Prodigy Search, Kevin has successfully placed senior-level executives with organizations including Delaware North, TD Garden and the Boston Bruins, Denver Broncos, Oak View Group, SeatGeek, Sodexo Live!, Legends, and various U.S. Olympic National Governing Bodies.

Kevin frequently represents Prodigy Search at major industry events, such as, Sports Business Journal's AXS Drive and Dealmakers, VenuesNow, the Sports Business Journal Awards, SEICon, and the National Sports Forum.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Quinnipiac University's prestigious Business School. Prior to his senior year, he interned with both Prodigy Search and SME Branding, a New York City-based branding and advertising agency.

Originally from Los Angeles, Kevin now resides in New Jersey with his wife, Alex, and their three children—Lilliana, Christian, and George.
