Executive Assistant to CEO

Jackie Bohanan’s career path began within the hospitality industry, quickly finding a love for boutique style hotels in New York City. With the pandemic’s massive impact on restaurants and hotels, her passion for being in a boutique environment led her to transition into the sports and entertainment world, joining Prodigy Search in early 2022.

Bohanan’s primary responsibilities at Prodigy Search include handling all general administrative duties, vendor management, coordinating schedules and meetings amongst her team & clients, and providing support for the CEO. She also collaborates with staff to create all job descriptions, candidate profiles, and preparation/recap documents for clients and candidates. Bohanan assists the team on various aspects of business ops and the executive search process that are needed daily.

Bohanan received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Family Studies from Albright College. She played and started all four years of collegiate softball, and then coached softball for a year after graduating. Shortly thereafter, Bohanan coached at the high school level while also working full-time. She is still involved in playing sports and is growing more passionate about the business side of the sports industry. Born and raised in a small town on the Jersey Shore, she is a new homeowner, residing with her fiancé, Kevin, and their dog, Uni.
