Amy Maddaluna brings 15 years of experience in recruiting and human resources to Prodigy Search. Prior to joining Prodigy, she built a strong foundation working across technology and consulting, partnering with clients to identify and secure talent that drives organizational growth.

Maddaluna has led senior-level searches across nearly every discipline and job function, with experience spanning teams, leagues, sports nonprofits, and entertainment organizations. She is known for her ability to understand client needs and connect them with high-impact talent.

As a Senior Recruiter at Prodigy Search, she works closely with clients to tailor each search to their specific hiring needs and deliver top talent across Prodigy’s diverse client roster.

Maddaluna is a lifelong sports fan who has played and coached multiple sports. She is especially passionate about women’s sports and is excited to witness the continued rise of women on both the playing surface and the business side of sports. She is a proud Jets, Knicks, and Notre Dame fan. Amy lives in Central New Jersey with her partner Jordan, their son Roman, and maltipoo Breece.
