Natasha Russ is a Human Resources executive with over 14 years’ experience across all facets of the discipline in a variety of industries. She has extensive exposure to union and employee relations, as well as recruitment strategy and cultural and diversity initiatives. Russ also spent time with Levy Restaurants where she was the Human Resources Director at Marlins Park and also previously held the role of Manager of Human Resources at Madison Square Garden.

Russ is currently Regional Director, HR – West for Legends based in Los Angeles, CA with a focus on supporting the organization's continued growth in hospitality, global sales and global planning.
